Seine Musik habe ich erst vor knapp einem Jahrzehnt für mich entdeckt, durch die Peckinpah-Filme war er mir jedoch schon zuvor ein Begriff. The Last Movie von Hopper steht noch aus. Sunday Morning Coming Down bleibt eine unsterbliche Hymne:
