GIOVANNI GUIDI – A New Day (ECM, 2024)
Der italienische Pianist Giovanni Guidi, begleitet von seinen langjährigen Trio-Partnern Thomas Morgan und João Lobo, findet in James Brandon Lewis eine exquisite Erweiterung des Ensembles. Ein tolles Album, das ich nicht unbedingt auf dem Schirm hatte.
Vielen Dank, ich bin schon seit Wochen neugierig drauf … muss es wohl haben!
