Weiter geht es mit den großen Listen und allen Alben dieser Dekade in meiner Sammlung, die ich mit mindestens **** bewertet habe. In den Sixties sind es im Vergleich zu den Seventies mit satten 586 Alben hier „nur“ 247 Alben. Das mag zum einen daran liegen, dass die Sechziger das Jahrzehnt waren, welches ich im Nachgang für mich entdeckte und zum anderen daran, dass das Album zu Beginn der Dekade noch nicht das vorherrschende Format war.

Auch hier sind Live-Alben enthalten und auch solche, die erste wesentlich später erschienen, aber Musik enthalten, die in diesem Jahrzehnt aufgenommen wurde.
