And the concept of having the album divided in two parts, one with the so-called “bright-side mixes” and the other with the so-called “dark-side mixes”, with both parts of the album including the very same 12 songs, but in different versions, is a cool one (it probably relates to the two sides of the moon as it can be seen from the Earth (all the album’s songs were previously released as singles through 2023, always coinciding with the appearance of the full moon, if I have understood correctly)).
Dazu muss ich leider Gerry Driscoll (ich meine, er war Pförtner im Studio, während der Pink Floyd-Aufnahmen) zitieren: “There is no dark side of the moon, really; as a matter of fact it’s all dark.”
