Und der dritte Versuch, das Buch in den USA zu bestellen, gescheitert:
„I am so sorry but this book will not fit in the Large Priority Envelope. The only way I can ship it is by priority box and that shipping would be $43.00. (…) (This book is nearly 7 pounds alone)…. Please understand (…)“
Damit gebe ich es auf. Wenn irgend jemand einen Tipp hat, wo ich es innerhalb Deustschlands bestellen oder kaufen kann, wäre ich sehr dankbar! Welche der Auflagen ist mir inzwischen egal. Bevorzugt die erste.
