15. The Raveonettes – Dead Sound
„‚Dead Sound‘ starts off in a frenzy of feedback which eventually slows down. It has a cool early 60’s retro feel, but the distortion reminds you that this is the Raveonettes in the year 2007. Sune Rose Wagner’s guitar solo sounds like the Shadows jamming with the Velvet Underground and the whole track is near perfect.“
