Bin eine Runde weiter mit Lorez Alexandria, „For Swingers Only“, im Januar 1963 für Argo aufgenommen mit John Young (p), George Eskridge (g), Jimmy Garrison (b), Phil Thomas (d) und dem Saxer des Debuts, Ronald Wilson (hier Flöte und Tenorsax). Es geht mit „Baltimore Oriole“ los, das hier eher noch toller ist … nur grad 29 Minuten lang, kann man auch dreimal am Stück hören. Die Leute von Dusty Groove wussten wohl schon, was sie taten, als sie dieses Album wählten für ihre kleine CD-Reihe (die dann irgendwie in Real Gone Music morphte, was ja ein viel grösseres Reissue-Label ist, als mir bis vor kurzem bewusst war).
