Das wollte ich gestern hier schon teilen, zum Geburtstag von Ornette Coleman. Es gibt keinen „Jazz-Gemälde-Faden“ und das passt hier wohl am besten. Bob Thompson hat das Bild 1960 gemalt, mit Ornette Coleman links am weissen (Plastic-)Altsax, neben ihm der Reihe nach Don Cherry, John Coltrane, Sonny Rollins, Ed Blackwell und hinter ihm Charlie Haden beim Jonglieren mit dem Kontrabass.
