stimmt, toll – sie hatte ja ann ronell verklagt, weil sie „black coffee“ ein plagiat davon fand. habe gerade noch gesehen, dass „besame mucho“ von einer frau komponiert wurde… und „tutti frutti“ auch. ah, „what a difference a day makes“ (maría grever). „i’ll never smile again“ (ruth lowe), „them there eyes“ (doris tauber). im erweiterten songbook-repertoire würde ich die schon sehen.
Ja, klar, Consuelo Velázquez … ist halt repertoiremässig eine Übernahme aus einem verwandten Feld, aber zählt, wie auch die restlichen (ausser vielleicht „Tutti Frutti“?). „Them There Eyes“ hab ich im Kopf unter „Pinkard“ abgelegt – weisst du genaueres, war da was machte?
