aus discogs: Formed in 1964 in Los Angeles, CA suburb Hawthorne. Initially called the Emerals. they changed their name to The Palace Guard when they signed with Orange-Empire Records in 1965. Were the house band at the Hullabaloo Club. Disbanded in 1967.
