Johnny Griffin & Steve Grossman Quintet | Letzte Runde mit Grossman … und Griffin. Aufgenommen in Paris im Mai 2000 mit Griffins Pianisten Michael Weiss sowie Pierre Michelot und Alvin Queen. Das mag kein grosses Album sein, aber Ex-Amateursaxer für mich ein grosses Vergnügen, die beiden gemeinsam zu hören. Klar, nur einer hat wirklich Charisma, aber Grossman war halt schon wahnsinnig gut.
