onkel-tomPraying Mantis gefällt mir bisher am besten. In kleinen Dosen kann ich mir das alles anhören aber so in geballter Form ist das für mich schon etwas anstrengend.
Schon mal in stehender Bewegung versucht? Ist für meinen Nacken besser als Yoga.
