Hm, ich meinte, ich hätte Deine Version mal gesehen … dünne Pappe (flach falt- bzw. zusammenklappbar?) – ich hab die Originalausgabe von 2000 (noch von ZYX vertrieben), die hat ein dickes Booklet mit Liner Notes von Peter Keepnews und einigen Fotos (36 Seiten inkl. Umschlag) und dicke Pappe (wie die Rollins Freelance, Stitt Prestige oder die MJQ Prestige/Pablo Boxen).
