redbeansandrice… abgebildet ist das Cover der Reissues von 1986, auf dem Pell das Originalcover mit den Bandpassfotos aus den 50ern durch eine aktuellere Darstellung von sich selbst mit roter Hose beim Golfspiel ersetzt hat… das beste an diesen Alben sind die Trompetensoli von Don Fagerquist
Nicht Pells beste Idee, befürchte ich 
Fagerquist ist eh recht unterschätzt, denke ich … kennst Du Pells „I Had the Craziest Dream“? Glaub das find ich besser als die Songbooks, aber ich muss letztere (inzwischen courtesy of Fresh Sound) mal wieder anhören.
