atomCarlos Ward ist mir außerhalb dieses Albums nie groß aufgefallen, zwar noch bei Carla Bley, Nick Mason, JCOA aber sonst eher nicht.

aber das ist doch einer der tollsten saxofonisten überhaupt! neben gypsys abdullah-ibrahim-hinweisen muss ich unbedingt noch das ed blackwell project (2 live-alben auf enja) empfehlen,….

Ja …. und nicht zu vergessen „Third World Underground“ (Trio Records) aus 1974 ….

Die hier auch noch (auch vinyl only – und Vol. 2 gab’s leider nie)!

Und Zustimmung zu den beiden Blackwell-Alben, klar
