Bei der Bley/Peacock war Eicher nur der Herausgeber, soweit ich weiss. Bley hat damals wohl praktisch alles selbst produziert und danach an Label vertickt. Auch „Ballads“ ist so ein Fall – ECM gab’s ja noch nicht mal, als die Sessions entstanden 
Aber ja, ich finde die Bley/Peacock auch nicht so super … „Ballads“ ist hingegen schon ein sehr besonderer Fall.
