Old and New Dreams – Playing | Das ist ein Album, das ich seit einer Ewigkeit (25 Jahre?) auf Vinyl habe … das erste auf ECM kenne ich leider nicht, und hier hat die Nadel leider im ersten Stück gleich zweimal ein Problem damit, den Weg zu finden. Aber die Musik ist schon sehr schön, Dewey Redman gefällt mir hier sehr gut, die Grooves von Haden/Blackwell sind hervorragend … und dann noch Don Cherry oben drauf. Schon eine tolle Gruppe, auch wenn da auch kein wirkliches Lieblingsalbum dabei ist für mich.
