Jedenfalls trotz allen Genörgels eine äusserst anregende Sendung!
Und jetzt, beim „Closer“, denke ich dasselbe wie beim Opener: das ist doch genau die Art Groove, die Branford Marsalis 20 Jahre später für „Mo‘ Better Blues“ (das Titelstück spielten wir damals mit dem vorhin erwähnten Freund in einer kurzlebigen Schulband) verwendete… und bei Cannonball gab’s die Art Groove auch schon (Roy McCurdy an den Drums!) – irgendwie leicht, ja fast tänzelnd, und dennoch fett.
