Da gibt es eine ganz wunderbare Passage bei Raymond Chandler, ich glaube es ist bei „Der lange Abschied / The Long Goodbye“, in der er die Stimmung in einer Bar am frühen Abend beschreibt. Priceless. Ich muß jedesmal dran denken, wenn ich um diese Zeit diese Stimmung erfahren darf.
