Bin da ja so sehr Fan wie Skeptiker – und im für TCB-Verhältnisse sehr ausführlichen (verschiedene Texte, Fotos, 32 Seiten) Booklet findet sich auch gleich das passende Zitat von Jack DeJohnette: „We were all young, full of ego and occasionally played great music“. 1967 war Lloyd der Headliner (und einzige ausländische Gast?) beim allerersten Jazzfestival in Montreux – und ja, es scheint an dem Abend machten sie wirklich ziemlich gute Musik!
