Das Stück erschien zwar damals auf keiner Blue Note-LP, doch wurde es mehrfach als Single wiederveröffentlicht: 1948 in zwei Teilen im 7″-Format (BN 544), 1956 als Vinyl-Single gekoppelt mit „Profoundly Blue“, das dann als von „Charlie Christian & Ed Hall“ geführt wurde (45-1634). Später erschien „Blue Harlem“ auf verschiedenen Blue Note-Compilations wieder, auch auf dem 1973er Doppel-Album „A Decade of Jazz Volume One (1939–1949)“:
