Die James P. Johnson-Session mit Ben Webster ist schon grossartig! Vier Stücke, sechs Takes, jeder an sich ein unsterblicher Blue Note-Klassiker – aber niemand erinnert sich dran.

Die Anschaffung der Doppel-CD unten lohnt eigentlich schon nur deshalb, aber da ist noch viel mehr guter Stoff drauf:
