sokratesAuf mehrfache Nachfrage hier ein Update und Erweiterung meiner Top-50-Liste von 2006. Die einleitenden Bemerkungen von damals gelten unverändert, in Bestand und Reihenfolge hat sich allerdings soviel getan, dass ich aktualisiere.
Diese Liste soll auf die hypothetische Frage antworten, welche 100 Alben mir die Langweile am besten vertrieben, säße ich auf einer einsamen Insel und wartete auf den weißen Rauch am Horizont.
Livealben sind dabei wohlgelitten und daher enthalten; nicht weil sie eine verkappte Greatest Hits-Sammlung sind, sondern weil live im Zusammenspiel auf der Bühne, durch die Interaktion mit dem Publikum und die Atmosphäre nicht selten eine besondere Intensität und damit Qualität der Darbietungen entsteht.
