bullschuetzGewiss nicht, wenn ich den Artikel richtig verstanden habe. Das rechtfertigt aber nicht das Fehlverhalten eines 38-Jährigen gegenüber einer 14-Jährigen (so war die Konstellation wohl am Anfang). Koennen wir uns bitte darauf einigen?
Was ist denn damit?:

Ernst gemeinte Frage. Das ist ja wohl der angesprochene strafrechtlich relevante Fall.
