Ohne Olson kann es natürlich kein neues „Hollywood Town Hall“ oder „Tomorrow the green grass“ geben. Aber auch als Olson und Louris sich später für „Mockingbird time“ wieder zusammenfanden, war die alte Magie nicht mehr zu erlangen. Aber trotzdem steht die Band um Gary Louris immer noch für Qualität. Alben wie z.B. „Smile“ oder „Rainy day Music“ zeugen davon.
