Ein Album, das im Forum tatsächlich schon gewürdigt wurde, u. a. von @bullitt. Alynda Segarra kommt vom Folk, entfaltet mit „The Navigator“ aber eine Art urbane Americana und erzählt eine an Bowies „Ziggy Stardust“ angelehnte Geschichte. Zugleich eindringlich und eingängig, sicher eins der Alben des Jahres.
