Die beste Blue Note-Session von Powell, und wohl seine besten Sessions überhaupt … das sind für mich zwei: die „Un Poco Loco“ und die mit Navarro/Rollins (inkl. der Trio-Tracks vom selben Datum). Von den drei als LPs konzipierten Alben ist mir aber „Time Awaits“ möglicherweise auch das liebste … allerdings hat „Bud!“ auch ein paar unfassbare Momente und wäre als kohärenteres Album (ohne Fuller, der zwar völlig okay ist, aber es sind halt zwei halbe Alben statt ein ganzes) eine harte Konkurrenz.
