Zum Auftakt hören wir die Hymne „Abide with Me“ von William Monk, einem Komponisten religiöser Musik aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Gemäss Orrin Keepnews, der die Riverside-Aufnahmen von Monk produziert hat, hätte es keiner für bare Münze genommen, als Monk behauptet habe, das Stück sei seine „favorite hymn“.
