Die Tags waren im Zeichensatz UTF8 oder UTF16 geschrieben. Mit ISO-8859-1 funktionierte es.
Das lässt sich zum Beispiel bei MP3Tag unter Extras > Optionen > Tag > Mpeg > Schreiben festlegen.
