Schwierig. Aber Tage dauerts nicht. Meine Top3 sind ziemlich zementiert, ansonsten könnte sich da vieles ändern.
Was findet ihr eigentlich an This Old Town? Wäre nichtmal in ner Top40 bei mir.

Ja, ist sie ja auch nicht, zumindest nicht im kontext aller 2008 erschienen Platten. Im Weller-Universum ist sie leider sehr weit unten, 3, maximal 5 gute Songs von 21 sind nun mal nicht viel.

j.w.Jan, ich sehe gerade – bei Dir ist Come on / Let’s go gar nicht in der Top 20? Wie kommt das? Was gefällt Dir an dem Song nicht bzw. warum ratest Du ihn nicht so hoch?

Ich hatte schon fast geahnt, dass er bei dir soweit oben stehen würde, ich hab ihn nie so geschätzt. finde das Songwriting im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden großen Rocksongs von As is now, Floorboards und Blink, nicht so toll, gerade den Refrain. Trotzdem natürlich gut, ca. Platz 22, gleich hinter One X One. ;-).
Bei dir vermisse ich Heres the good news, dafür würd ich Empty Ring oder das öde Oranges&Rosewater ja 10mal opfern.
