Nur „Court and spark“, „Blue“ und „Hejira“ ziehen an ihm vorbei.--

Ich kenne die Platte seit über 25 Jahren und sie wächst immer noch beim Hören – einfach nur überirdisch! Hat mittlerweile fast „Hejira“ erreicht, was wirklich Einiges bedeutet… Für Joni Mitchell ist definitiv kein Superlativ zu hoch gegriffen.

Gerade vorhin mal wieder gehört. Nur „Hejira“ gefällt mir nach all den Jahren, die mich diese LPs schon begleiten, noch besser. „The Jungle Line“ nervt mich immer noch ein wenig, auf „Shadows And Light“ hätte ich verzichten können. Ansonsten reiht sich ein Wundersong an den anderen – mit dem Höhepunkt „Shades Of Scarlett Conquering“ im Zentrum des Albums.
