11. When you were a child ***Komischerweise war dieses Spätwerk mein erstes Kinks-Album. Und es war nicht schelcht genug um mich abzuschrecken. Im Gegenteil: THINK VISUAL hat durchaus ein paar Ausreißer nach oben. Gesamt: ***1/2

Mehrheitlich straighte Rocker mit den typischen Riffs, die für das Spätwerk dieser Band charakteristisch sind. Da fehlt musikalisch etwas die Raffinesse, wobei auch die Produktion auch etwas trocken wirkt. Trotzdem findet sich auch hier ein Lichtblick wie „Lost and found“.

Textlich ist der Song wohl in Ordnung, aber musikalisch ist das so etwas wie das „Walk of Life“ von den Kinks. Melodie geht rein, aber halt nervig.
