diese schwachsinnige Veröffentlichungspolitik verleitet einen direkt dazu, Alben nur noch illegal runter zu laden.

Da muss man sich auch fragen, ob Bands wie Placebo so schlechte Verträge haben, dass kein Mitsprachrecht für sie existiert oder ob sie das selbst so wollen.

Obwohl mich Bonustracks natürlich interessieren, auf sowas habe ich keine Lust und werde nur die Standard-Version erstehen.

Naja, die normale Version reicht mir auch. Ich bin zumindest gespannt! Kann man eigentlich schon irgendwo etwas vorab hören?

Habe bisher noch nichts finden können. Vermutlich, in welcher Qualität auch immer, ab morgen, spätestens am WE, denn "there will be a worldwide exclusive play of the title track 'Battle For The Sun' this week on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show at around 7.00pm on Tuesday 17th March so make sure you tune in and listen out for any special announcements!" Vielleicht. Ich finde bisher fast alle Alben gleich gut. Meds fand ich am besten. Ich bin hochgespannt !

Wie es der Zufall so will lief heute auf der Arbeit nicht, wie gewohnt, WDR 2 sondern Eins Live. Um 12 Uhr herum sprachen sie plötzlich von Placebo! Sie erzählten dass es bald ein neues Album geben wird, dass Placebo an diesem Album sechs Monate gearbeitet haben, dass sie "Battle For The Sun" gleich spielen werden (yeah) und dass dieser Song auf placeboworld.co.uk, ab heute, als Free Download, jedem zur Verfügung steht. :)

Die erste Minute gefällt mir extrem gut, der Song... ach, ich warte bis auch ihr ihn habt, ich würd es auch blöd finden, wenn ich schon vorab lesen kann wie er womöglich ist. Hört ihn euch an! Erst mal nur so viel, mir gefällt er! Der Song ist nicht unkreativ, woraus man hochrechnen könnte, dass es zumindest ein gutes Placebo-Album wird.

"Meds" ist auch in meinen Ohren Placebos Bestes, hab es in den letzten Tagen sehr viel gehört, glaube das zu toppen werden sie nicht hinbekommen (aber völlig ausschließen würde ich es nicht.)
