Genau das Richtige um sich für den samstäglichen Urlauber-Ausweichverkehr in Stimmung zu bringen. Ich glaube fest daran, dass es keinen besseren Auftakt zu einem Konzert gibt, als die Stelle in welcher Gitarre und Crashs das erste Mal aufeinandertreffen, drisch drisch drisch.

Ich muss heute noch über den Opener des Konzeptalbums The Tubes – „The Completion Backward Principle“ schmunzeln.
Der Opener Song „Talk To Ya Later“ beginnt mit einer Vorrede des Sängers Fee Waybill mit einer Art Anleitung zum Hören dieses Albums.
„As I mentioned near the close of the last record, this record you are now playing is another example of the completion backward principle. If you can possibly manage the time, please play both sides at one meeting.“
Es ist dieses Album mit diesem weissen T-förmigen Stück PVC-Rohr in der Mitte vor blauen Hintergrund.
