Danke! Ich höre sowas in letzter Zeit sehr gerne. Es sind einige Tracks dabei, die ich erst in den letzten Monaten kennengelernt habe und „alte Bekannte“. Früher war solche Musik (also Rock’n’Roll/Rockabilly und verwandter schneller R&B, Jump Blues etc.) bei mir fast eine reine Männerdomäne. Weibliche Stimmen konnte ich da meist nicht so gut ab. Seit ein paar Jahren hat sich das total gewandelt und ich höre viele Tracks aus dem Bereich von Künstlerinnern sehr gerne. Ich entdecke auch ständig neues, kenne bisher aber bestimmt nur die Spitze eines riesigen Eisbergs.

Die Möglichkeit fehlt mir.
In meiner sehr frühen Jugend, irgendwann 2. Hälfte der 70er, lief im WDR immer Mittwochs(?)-Nachmittags eine Rock’n’Roll-Sendung. Leider konnte ich sie nur sehr selten hören. Frauenstimmen sind mir nicht in Erinnernerung geblieben.Von aktuelleren Künstlerinnen höre ich solche Musik auch gerne. Die fehlen in der Liste oben ganz. Ich will sehen, dass ich demnächst mal etwas davon zusammenstelle. Beachtlich, was da manche für Songs ausgegraben.
Ein paar Stücke aus den 50ern habe ich sogar erst durch aktuellere Coverversionen kennengelernt (z.B. Mimi Romans „Little Lovin'“).--
