Fiddle und Steelgitarre. Ich hatte schon Probleme mit Sweetheart of the Rodeo und The gilded palace of sin. Nesmiths First National Band war da schon eher mein Fall

Hugh Moffatt + Katy Moffatt – We’ll Sweep Out the Ashes (In the Morning)War mir gar nicht klar, dass GPs und Emmylou Harris‘ Version eine Neuinterpretation ist. Klingt, als wäre es ihr Song! Offenbar hat Joyce Ann Allsup den Song nur geschrieben, aber nicht aufgenommen. Original aufgenommen von Carl Butler and Pearl, laut SecondHandSongs. Es gibt von der Songschreiberin aber ein nicht viel beachtetes Album von 2006 – country First – mit selbstaufgenommenen Songs – die nicht nach 2006 aufgenommen klingen. „We’ll Sweet Out the Ashes“ ist nicht drauf. Ob Songs drauf sind, die Loretta Lynn und Ernest Tubb aufgenommen haben? No idea.
