Tendenziell würde ich den Bewertungen zustimmen. Einzig „Johnny the Fox“ kommt mir in Relation zu schlecht weg. Für mich nach „Jailbreak“ das beste Studioalbum der Band.

‚Johnny the Fox‘ steht bei mir zwischen ***1/2 und ****. letztlich war ‚Boogie Woogie Dance‘ der Grund für die schlechtere Bewertung. Meine Top 3 der Studioalben wäre:

Bei mir liegt „Jailbreak“ (*****) unangefochten weit vorne. Dann folgt schon „Johnny the Fox“ (****1/2). „Boogie Woogie Dance“ ist sicherlich eher ein Downgrade, aber das wird anderswo auf dem Album locker wieder wettgemacht. Danach relativ gleichauf bei mir „Bad Reputation“, „Black rose“ und „Renegade“ (alle ****).

‚Jailbreak‘ und ‚Bad Reputation‘ liegen bei mir fast gleichauf, bei meiner letzten Bewertung ‚Jailbreak‘ ja auch noch mit ****1/2 vorn. Aber jetzt haben ‚Southbound‘ und ‚Dancing in the Moonlight‘ den Ausschlag für ‚Bad Reputation‘ gegeben.
