Ausgenommen sind: die Kollaborationen mit David Nance, Refrigerator, The Bruces und Spiritual Rags; die elf Livealben bzw. Radiosessions und ein paar Livetracks auf Compilations; die Demo-Releases zu „Ghosts“, Hotel Lives“, „The Phoenix Demos“, „Ten Songs“ (die Demos für „Stolen Guitar“) und das „Rehearsal Tape“.
