Obwohl die selbstbetitelte Debüt-LP aus 2011 im Forum unbeachtet geblieben ist, sollte für den Nachfolger dennoch ein Thread her. Leider ist das limited edition-Vinyl (500 copies) schon vergriffen.

Heavy shit! Mit den drei Jungs von Night Beats aus Tacoma ist nicht gut Kirschen essen.

Der Psychedelic Rock setzt auf dichte, hypnotische Basslinien sowie rohe, rüde Gitarren-Attacken und verzichtet weitgehend auf den Popappeal, der auf dem Debüt noch einige ganz entzückende Tracks prägte. Dafür überrascht „At The Gates“ mit stilistischer und instrumentaler Finesse: Fender Rhodes! Saxophon! Klarinette! Jazz-Drumming! Große Klasse!
