Klare Vorteile für „Seldom Seen Kid“. Die neue kommt etwas „schnarchig“ daher. Habe allerdings erst einen Hördurchgang hinter mir. Habe mir auch das Debut zugelegt. Das gefällt mir auch besser als die aktuelle. Wird schwer mit einer Top10 Platzierung.

Ich finde „Kid“ insgesamt auch besser, habe aber „Rocket“ ebenso sehr zu schätzen gelernt. Die Platte ist reduzierter und leiser – drängt sich also nicht auf, sondern will entdeckt werden.

„Asleep“ ist eine Klasse für sich. Insgesamt fällt mir für die letzten Jahre kaum ein Künstler mit so einem konstant hohen Output ein.

SokratesI… habe aber „Rocket“ ebenso sehr zu schätzen gelernt. Die Platte ist reduzierter und leiser – drängt sich also nicht auf, sondern will entdeckt werden.

Dein Wort in meinen baldigen Hörerlenissen. Bislang meine ich noch wie Tomses, dass sie reichlich „schnarchig“ daher kommt. Sowas von karg. Und PG-„Double höre ich einfach nicht“.

Das sind die neuen Remaster von Repertoire. Die Stimme gefällt mir gut, wie auch die ganze Dame …;-)
Allerdings sind auf allen 3 Alben doch einige Stücke drauf, die etwas „strange“ sind. Da wir mir doch recht viel improvisiert. Da sind wohl etliche Durchläufe erforderlich.

Ach, das mit Repertoire wusste ich gar nicht. Ich habe noch die Alten. „Strange“ wirkt da einiges, manche rechnen sie ja auch zum guten alten Prog.:lol:
