Gewinnen ist nicht alles, gewinnen ist das einzige.Ja, das Album wurde komplett ohne Hall aufgenommen. Ob man damit aber in die Hall of Fame kommt, bleibt abzuwarten. Schwäbisch Hall meint dazu ganz lapidar, dass man auf diese Steine bauen kann. Was Daryl wohl dazu sagen würde? Oder gar Jerry Hall?
Zur Platte: Blue-Eyed Soul ist es nicht. Back to the roots. Und die heißen Country und Blues.

„Sugaring season“ höre ich gerne. Auf „Central reservation“ warte ich noch gespannt. Damit bin ich dann gut aufgestellt, nachdem mich „Trailer Park“ auch im Wiederholungsfall nicht überzeugen konnte.--
