Nach fast 20 Jahren ein Lebenszeichen von Edith Frost. Und wie ist die neue LP?
Ich mag das Album sehr. Beim ersten Durchlauf recht unspektakulär durch die recht spärlichen Arrangements und Frosts beruhigende und zurückgenommene Stimme, entpuppen sich nach jedem weiteren Durchlauf die Blüten. Eigentlich so, wie bei jedem anderen Frost Album auch. Edith Frost nutzt nun mehr Keyboards was der Qualität aber kein Abbruch tut und auch in ihrem Gesamtwerk neue Akzente setzt. Also kurz: wenn Du ihre anderen Alben magst und schätzt wird dir „In Space“ auch zusagen als Neueinsteiger würde ich andere Alben, die etwas leichter zugänglich sind empfehlen.
