Mein Exemplar (schwarzes Vinyl) ist makellos. Ich finde es immer wieder schön, wenn das Design der alten Labels (wie hier Dunhill) reaktiviert wird, anstatt irgendwas neu zu kreieren. Den Klang empfinde ich im Vergleich zur Mono-Ausgabe von Sundazed als etwas dünn, leider. Keine Ahnung, ob das nun lediglich am Stereo-Mix oder an sonstwas liegt …

Tolle Aufmachung für dieses wunderbare Album. Ich habe zum Glück auch keine der fehlerhaften Pressungen erhalten. Mein Vinyl klingt gut!

Tolle Aufmachung für dieses wunderbare Album. Ich habe zum Glück auch keine der fehlerhaften Pressungen erhalten. Mein Vinyl klingt gut!Klingt gut. Mag die Reissues von Vinyl Me, Please auch immer sehr. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und sie haben ein interessantes Sortiment. Die John Prine LP kenne ich als Reissue explizit nicht, da ich ein fantastisch klingendes Original habe, aber es gibt dort eine Reihe von Reissue, die mittlerweile out-of-stock sind, an denen ich großes Interesse habe. Fantastisch und absolut splendid ist das Reissue von „Tidal“ (Fiona Apple), welches mittlerweile wieder zur Verfügung steht. Wenn Interesse an der Musik von Fiona Apple besteht, dann führt da kein Weg dran vorbei. Ihr zweites Album wurde dort mittlerweile auch erstmals auf Vinyl aufgelegt, mit leider neuem Cover. Ist aber für den Preis für 33 USD überteuert und bietet auch klanglich keine Verbesserung.
Anyway, toller Club und liebevoll gestaltete Reissues. ZU empfehlen ist auch das Reissue von Spiritualized „Ladies And Gentlemen…“ welches momentan noch out-of-stock ist aber bald wieder verfügbar sein dürfte.--
