Ich habe manchmal das Gefühl, dass wer nicht alle Singles von CCR hat, hat diese Compilation. Ich habe sogar zweimal hier stehen.

Die war nur in einer Charge mit einer Menge anderer Alben dabei, die ich grad alle gar nicht schaffe aufzuführen. Hatte aber die Chronicles 1 und 2 eh als CDs (die hat vor allem meine Frau angehört) und die Albenbox auf CD / Vinyl, und dann noch ein paar Singles.

Dieses Album habe ich mir auch bestellt. Großartige Performance, beim ersten Hören dachte ich spontan, wow, ein Gegenstück zu John Cales Fragments of a Rainy Season! Danach erst in Arne Wilanders Rezension gelesen, dass er dieselbe Assoziation hatte.

@hurley Hi, wie ist denn Deine Pressung der Nick Cave LPs? Meine Exemplare sehen bescheiden aus – Schlieren und Abdrücke – und knistern doch erheblich an vielen Stellen. Vor allem auf der ersten Platte sehr störend.
