Ok, du willst es nicht anders. Und ich muss mich dann wohl outen; Bubblegum ist nicht nur Top 5 und von ursprünglichen *** auf wirklich sehr gute **** (evtl. auch mehr) gestiegen, es ist wohl mein Lieblingsalbum von Mark Lanegan geworden.

Ohne nochmal nachzuhören, unter Zuhilfenahme meiner diversen Listen und mit etwas Bauchgefühl:

01 könnte evtl. noch nen ½ drauf, 10 noch nen ½ abgezogen bekommen. Werde ich vor dem Besternen im Sternethread noch nachhören, am Ranking würde sich nichts ändern.

Ich hätte auch kein Problem damit Houston Publishing Demos 2002 in das Ranking einzubeziehen, würde ich auf 06 einpflegen.

Ja, ich habe es herausgefordert. Jetzt muss ich mit den unschönen Nebenwirkungen leben.

foeIch hätte auch kein Problem damit Houston Publishing Demos 2002 in das Ranking einzubeziehen, würde ich auf 06 einpflegen.

Das Release kenne ich nicht. Bei mir steht noch die EP „Here comes the weird chill“ aus 2003. Früher wäre das Teil mit 8 Stücken auch als Album durchgegangen. Läge im Ranking bei mir auf Platz 7.

Dann mach mal schnell und besorge dir Houston. Ich bin mir sicher, das dir die Platte richtig gut gefällt. Sind Demos von teils veröffentlichten / teils unveröffentlichen Songs, trotz Democharakter hervorragend ausproduziert, wenig elektronisch.

Absolute Zustimmung. I’ll Take Care Of You ist das einzige Lenagan-Album, das für mich richtig funktioniert. Besser kann man nicht covern bzw. neu interpretieren. Was er beispielsweise mit den Leaving Trains gemacht hat, ist der schiere Wahnsinn. Ansonsten funktioniert er für mich vor allem über Einzeltracks.
