danke für deine Einschätzung. Die Barron/Holland, sowie die zuvor veröffentlichte Kühn Brüder CDs gefallen mir sehr gut. Scheinbar hat sich IMPULSE wiederbelebt. Kenne bislang diese 3 CDs. Ich hätte sie allerdings auch gerne als LP, somal sie auch klanglich sehr gut sind.

In einer schmucken japanischen Mini-LP-Ausgabe, auf die ich etwas lange warten musste – aber das hat sich vom ersten Eindruck her mehr denn gelohnt, Bill Harris (tb), Terry Gibbs (vib) und Lou Levy (p) sind alle in Form … zählen überdies eh alle drei zu den unterschätzten. Das Quintett vervollständigen Red Mitchell (b) und Stan Levey (d).
