marbeckIch hole das noch einmal hoch, falls doch noch jemand kaufen möchte.
Ich habe da ernsthaft drüber nachgedacht, aber im UK bestellen ist in diesen Tagen einfach kacke. Die Gefahr, dass man nachher Einfuhrumsatzsteuer zahlen muss und dass die – ohne klare Systematik – enorm hoch sein kann, ist mir zu groß. Unlängst landete eine Platte bei mir, ohne dass der Bote noch Kohle wollte. Ich freute mich schon. Bis eine Rechnung von UPS ins Haus flatterte. Der Betrag war höher als der Preis der Platte. Und in Europa (also im richtigen Europa) werden die Singles offenbar nicht vertrieben.

Umsatzsteuer bei Einfuhr aus dem Nicht-EU-Ausland = Einfuhrumsatzsteuer
Exporteure mit Sitz in Nicht-EU-Staaten können die in Deutschland geltende Einfuhrumsatzsteuer bereits berechnen und abführen, dann muss das der Kunde nicht machen.

Die Versandhändler und Online-Portale können sich für das Import One-Stop Shop Verfahren anmelden und die Einfuhrumsatzsteuer beim Bestellprozess erheben und abführen. Sofern diese nicht dort angemeldet sind, liegt die Steuerpflicht bei dem Empfänger. Bei der Auslieferung wird diese in bar kassiert und zusätzlich eine Servicegebühr durch den Postdienst kassiert. Abgaben von weniger als einem Euro werden nicht erhoben.[
Umsetzung mit IOSS
Die IOSS ermöglicht es Lieferanten und elektronischen Schnittstellen, die importierte Waren an Käufer in der EU verkaufen (Fernverkauf von Waren), die im Bestimmungsland gültige Mehrwertsteuer zu erheben und an die Steuerbehörden zu zahlen. Der Käufer ist nun nicht mehr verpflichtet, die Mehrwertsteuer zum Zeitpunkt der Einfuhr der Waren in die EU selbst zu zahlen, wie es zuvor der Fall war (nur für Produkte über 22 EUR).
IOSS erleichtert somit die Erhebung, Erklärung und Zahlung der Mehrwertsteuer für Verkäufer aus Drittstaaten, die Fernverkäufe von importierten Waren an Käufer mit Wohnsitz in der EU tätigen. Dadurch wird der Käufer auch nicht mehr mit versteckten Gebühren (Steuern) überrascht. Ist der Verkäufer aus dem Drittstaat jedoch nicht bei der IOSS registriert (dies ist freiwillig), muss der Käufer die Mehrwertsteuer und unter Umständen eine Zollgebühr zahlen, die vom Transportunternehmen (z. B. Post) zum Zeitpunkt der Einfuhr der Waren in die EU erhoben wird.

Vinyl Double Gatefold 7″ single
This is the only BBC session ever recorded by the wonderful Marine Research, the group formed by members of Sarah legends Heavenly following the death of Mathew Fletcher. Gatefold double 7” vinyl has four songs, among them the gorgeous ‘Angel In The Snow’ and previously unreleased ‘Bad Dreams’, featuring David Gedge of the Wedding Present) plus ‘Capital L‘, which would probably have been a single if the band hadn’t split up. Package includes a set of postcards with previously unseen pics, download codes and informative sleeve notes from Amelia Fletcher. As an added extra freebie on the download, you also get a live show from BBC Sound City in Liverpool in October 1999 – introduced by Peel himself.
