IrrlichtHm, 2/3 von der Platte sind mir bekannt, aber die wären mir definitv keine 100€ wert. Bin zwar Sammler, aber für so nen Wucher will ich dann doch nicht aufkommen.

Tja, da werden sie auf mich als Käufer verzichten müssen. Ständig verschiedene Ausgaben, Single-Bonus-Tracks, Bootlegs, Transmission Sampler, Limitierte Ausgaben usw. – is mir zu doof. Da Lob ich mir Tool. Vier Alben, keine verschiedenen Ausgaben, nix limitiert und wenn dann nur die Singles, die ausser dem Lied nur das dazugehörige Video enthalten. Ich find’s ja löblich, das Porcupine Tree immer genug für’s Geld liefern wollen, allerdings artet mir das letztlich dann doch etwas zu arg in Abzocke aus. Zum Glück wird sich das nach Aussage von Herrn Wilson ja ab jetzt ändern, die Ausgabe von Fear of a blank planet war schonmal’n guter Anfang, wie ich finde.

Das interessiert mich jetzt wirklich: „You Know You’re Right“ – weil’s als letztes veröffentlicht wurde? Am Text kann’s nicht liegen, die Aufnahme ist eher mies und für mich ist’s ein durchschnittlicher Albumtrack, der nicht weiter auffallen würde, wenn er nicht eine solche Geschichte hätte.

Nö, daran liegt’s eigentlich gar nicht. Die regulären Alben sind mir ohnehin nicht alle bekannt. Ich finde aber den Gesang in diesem Song sehr ergreifend und trotzdem recht druckvoll. Besser kann ich’s grad auf die Schnelle auch nicht erklären
