Da geht mir jetzt regelrecht das Herz auf. Schön, dass ich nicht der Einzige bin, der „The other shoe“ für so überragend hält. Ein grandioser Text, tragend und tragisch präsentiert. Streitet sich bei mir mit „P.S. You rock my world“ um den ersten Platz.

Großartiges Album! Es gibt zwar drei kleine Ausfälle, aber bei 33 Songs kann man darüber hinweg sehen, zumal 22 davon zwischen **** und ***** liegen. Bestes Eels-Werk und wäre bei einer Gesamt-Top10 meiner Lieblingsalben auf jeden Fall vertreten.
