September 2019 von 20 - 21 Uhr mit US Garage & Psychedelic Sounds der Sixties!„The Walker Brothers“ auf Star-Club kompilierte diverse Tracks der ’65er LP „Take It Easy With The Walker Brothers“, ein paar Hits („Ship“, „Sun“) sowie Flipsides. Ich nehme an, die Platte war/ist in Deinem Besitz und Du hast deshalb einen besonderen Bezug zu ihr. Das herausragende Album der Walkers ist doch aber „Portrait“ von ’66, randvoll mit brillanten Tracks. Wo hast Du die denn in Deiner Faves-Liste angesiedelt? Just wondering. Auf die Differenz zwischen „Revolver“ auf #1 und „Pet Sounds“ auf #28 möchte ich lieber nicht näher eingehen.

„Portrait“ ist auf Platz 18, und „Pet Sounds“ könnte mit etwas gutem Willen auch auf Platz 20 oder 21 vorrücken. Ich hab die Plätze jenseits der 20 nicht so genau evaluiert.
